Process & Deadlines
Ordering: Requests can be made either through my Ko-fi page or via Google Forms. I do not take orders via DM.Updates & Contact: I will contact you directly through Discord to keep you updated. You will be informed about every step of the process!Turnaround Time: The average delivery time is up to 5 days, depending on complexity.Project Start: The countdown for the deadline begins only after the initial payment is confirmed.Revisions & Sketches: Revisions are flexible during the sketch phase. Once the sketch is ready, I will send it to you via Discord for your approval. After the sketch is approved, only minor changes are allowed. Major structural changes beyond this point will incur additional fees or may result in project cancellation.The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission based on content, complexity, or schedule.Payment & Purchase
Currency & Method: All purchases and payments are processed securely in USD ($) via Ko-fi or PayPal.Payment Plans: You can choose between two options:100% Upfront: Required for payments made directly through Ko-fi. You can also choose to pay 100% upfront via PayPal after the sketch is approved.50/50 Split: (50% before the sketch, 50% to finalize the illustration).Usage Rights & Licenses
Personal Use: This is the standard commission. It includes use for social media avatars, wallpapers, or personal printing. Reselling the art or using it for profit is prohibited.AI/NFT Policy: Use of my artwork for AI training or NFT (Non-Fungible Token) purposes is strictly prohibited.Refund & Cancellation
Artist Cancellation: If I am unable to finish the work, a 100% refund will be issued.Client Cancellation:If cancelled during the sketch phase: 50% refund available.If cancelled after rendering has begun: No refund available.Partially completed work will not be sent to the client upon cancellation. The Client retains the rights to their original characters (OCs).Delivery
Your final high-resolution art will be officially delivered directly through the Ko-fi platform or via a Google Drive link once the order is completed.Thank you for your patience and for supporting my art!

T.O.S (ADOPT)

1. ORDERING, PAYMENTS & DELIVERY
Method of Purchase:
• Adoptables: Pre-made designs and adoptables must be purchased and claimed exclusively through my official Ko-fi Shop. File delivery is handled automatically by the platform upon payment.
• Commissions / Custom Designs: Requests must be officially submitted through my Google Form.Payment Currency: All international payments must be made upfront via PayPal (USD).Verification & Hold: If your payment is subject to PayPal verification or a temporary hold, the final files will only be delivered after the funds are fully cleared and available in my individual account.No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this work, all sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued after the unwatermarked files are delivered.2. PERSONAL USE RIGHTS (Standard Purchase)
Scope: A standard purchase (e.g., standard adoptable price) grants the buyer Personal Use Rights only.Allowed: You may use the character for personal stories, roleplay, private RPGs, personal worldbuilding, creating a personal fursona, and commissioning other artists to draw the character.Credit: You must credit me as the original designer (@Ms.Equidna) on the character’s official reference sheet, Toyhouse profile, or upon their first public upload.3. ALTERATIONS & DESIGN EDITS
Character Lore: You are free to choose and modify the character’s name, backstory, gender, personality, and clothes.Design Changes: Minor adjustments to markings, color palettes, and hairstyles are allowed, provided the original design remains recognizable.No Over-Painting: You are strictly prohibited from drawing over, editing, pixelating, or altering my original artwork files. Any visual modifications must be drawn by you or another artist in a completely new image file.4. RESELLING, TRADING & GIFTING
Transfers: You may gift, trade, or resell the character design.Price Ceiling: You cannot resell the character for a higher price than what you originally paid me. The only exception is if you have purchased additional commissioned artwork from other artists for that specific character (in which case, you may add those costs to the total value).Informing New Owners: When transferring the character, you must link the new owner to these terms.5. STRICT PROHIBITIONS (ANTI-AI & NFT)
Artificial Intelligence: Under no circumstances may my artwork, sketches, concepts, or designs be used for AI training, AI datasets, or AI generation tools.Blockchain: My work is strictly forbidden from being minted, sold, or used in relation to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technology.Violations: Any breach of these terms will result in an immediate revoke of ownership/usage rights without a refund, and the user will be permanently blacklisted.
